What is the Pomodoro Timer?
The Pomodoro Technique is a proven time-management method: work intensely for 25 minutes, then rest for 5. After four cycles, reward yourself with a longer break. Our Pomodoro Timer brings this technique to your browser—no installs, no accounts, no distractions.
Customize work and break durations, attach notes to every session, manage a lightweight task list, and export your productivity stats to CSV. Dark-mode support, keyboard shortcuts, and configurable sounds keep you in the zone on any device.
How it works
Set durations Default: 25 min work, 5 min short break, 15 min long break. Change them in Settings.
Add tasks Click “Add task”, give it a name, and select it. Each completed Pomodoro is logged against the active task.
Start a session Press the Start button (or hit Space). The timer counts down; ticking sound is optional.
Take breaks When the timer hits 0:00, an alarm sounds (if enabled). The next phase starts automatically based on the cycle rules unless you disabled “auto-start long break”.
